Key Accountabilities
Assist. Production of promotional material (both print & electronic)
1.Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on PBJ in hotel’s website.
2.Ensure all hotel’s collaterals (brochures and flyers - both print & electronic) are produced with the best quality material/most up-to-date and accurate information/properly and well stocked
Assist Image Library (both print & electronic)
1.Together with PR Department to conduct photo shooting and video shooting;
2.Together with the PR Department, to establish a comprehensive image library.
3.Ensure all the images are up-to-date and within branding guidelines.
4.Coordinate photoshoots in relevance to advertising and marketing materials (including product launches, advertising campaigns, library updates)
Guidance of Brand
1.Together with DPR, to police and ensure HSH branding guidelines are fully implemented throughout the hotel
Advertising
1.Assist AMSM to liaise with the advertising agency and manage all advertising activities according to advertising briefs.
Ensure all advertising material and creative are within the branding guidelines.
Direct Mailing
1.Assist plan, develop and implement all the direct mailing activities, including a quarterly newsletter and tactical flyers.
Marketing & Promotions
1.Assist AMSM to formulate, implement and execute the marketing programmes described in the annual marketing plan.
2.To provide marketing support for any new projects / initiatives.
General Requirements
• More than 2 years experience at Marketing & Communications  in relevant industry
• Good command of English, particularly for spoken
• Computer literate
