工作职责：
1. 根据项目需要，进行相关养老地产市场的调研、数据搜集、客户走访工作
2. 完成咨询报告的资料整理、部分撰写工作
3. 根据建立模型的需要，进行相关样本的走访、调研、数据收集工作，完成样本数据的整理，根据模型架构，具体实施模型建立工作
4. 客户及资源方的辅助拜访及维护
任职要求：
1. 2年以上工作经验，1年及以上养老地产咨询及相关工作经验
2. 本科及以上学历，统计学、房地产、土地资源与管理、经济类专业优先考虑
3. 热爱并愿意从事养老健康及相关行业，对该产业的现状和未来发展趋势有一定了解
4. 逻辑思维严谨、学习能力强，具备较为熟练的沟通与访谈技巧
具有较强的文字驾驭能力，能够编制符合各类客户需求的调研与咨询报告
