1、检查并保持最新的当天宾客抵/离情况、房间销售状况及客房房间状态的真实性及准确性；检查并处理前一天的工作情况；
2、根据客人的合理要求安排房间，确保酒店的V.I.P客人、常客在到达前安排妥当；确保妥善快速地安排房间，令客人满意，并使酒店的入住率及营业收入不断提高；
3、负责检查本岗位的安全、消防工作，负责安排V.I.P客人的接待工作和重要留言的落实、检查；
4、熟悉掌握酒店的方针和政策，督导办理入住服务，贯彻执行服务程序，督导问讯接待服务的进行，满足客人合理的要求；
5、及时更新房间客人资料，酒店及部门内部发放的文件、资料按要求归档；
6、根据工作需要妥当安排工作和当班员工的用餐时间；把要跟办的事项记录在工作日志上，以便下一班及时、正确的跟进；
7、随时清点和补充办公用品，管理、调配本岗位使用的各项消耗品，严格控制成本；
8、检查每日和客房部的房态报表，保证系统资料输入准确；做好上级指派的其它工作。
