Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai is located right in the heart of the Jing An central business District, it is the focal point of the Jing An Kerry Center. The hotel has total 508 guest rooms and 6 distinctive restaurants. It sits on a network of public transport,including direct underground passages to the Metro Lines 2 and 7. Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.

We are currently looking for a Service Manager- Spa to join our Spa team.

As a Service Manager- Spa, we rely on you to:

To efficiently manage the operations of SPA ,including treatments, therapies and facilities in accordance with the needs and demands of guests, management and the local market trends
Maintains a fresh and clean supply of towels at all times
Assists clients using the facilities
Maintains all equipment in safe and working manner
Report any technical faults to engineering
Assumes other duties as requested by management
Recommends staff for hiring
Conducts staff training

We are looking for someone who:

Takes pride in being a hotelier
Loves interacting with guests from all backgrounds
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language) due to the needs of servicing international and local guests.
Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group
Enjoys coming up with best fit solutions
Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
Has no fear of challenges
