We are currently looking for a Service Manager - Guest Relations to join our Rooms team.
As a Service Manager - Guest Relations, we rely on you to:
•Responsible in ensuring the overall well being of guests in terms of customer satisfaction and comfort, and that all guest requirements are fulfilled in the most efficient and timely manner in accordance with the policy established by Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai and Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts.
•Established and maintain greater customer interaction in order to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons of the hotel.
•Is responsible to obtain feedback proactively at all times in readiness to address any guest concerns and to disseminate the relevant information pertinent to all respective departments.
•Ensure that the established quality standard and high level of work performance are maintained
•Motivates and ensures staff perform to the service level required, maximising total customer loyalty as well as positive overall stay experience.
•Provides coaching and counseling on standards and procedures for the Front Office Department, including other departments as and when necessary.
We are looking for someone who:

•Communicates with fluency in English and local language
•Has no fear of challenges
