Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai is located right in the heart of the Jing An central business District, it is the focal point of the Jing An Kerry Center. The hotel has total 508 guest rooms and 6 distinctive restaurants. It sits on a network of public transport, including direct underground passages to the Metro Lines 2, 7 and 14. Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.

We are currently looking for a Convention Sales Coordinator to join our S&M team.
As a Convention Sales Coordinator, we rely on you to:
• Carry out day to day sales and administrative activities. Responsible for supporting the managers with administrative work.
• Establishes good working relationship within the department and with other departments.
• Ensure office cleanliness and all operating equipment is in good working conditions.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established hotel policies.
• Join in for site inspections or entertainment with meeting planners, when schedule permits.
• Any other jobs assigned by the Senior Convention Sales Managers, Director of Convention Sales.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
• Is a strong team player
•Has a can-do attitude
•Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
•Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
