Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai is located right in the heart of the Jing An central business District, it is the focal point of the Jing An Kerry Center. The hotel has total 508 guest rooms and 6 distinctive restaurants. It sits on a network of public transport, including direct underground passages to the Metro Lines 2 and 7. Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.

We are currently looking for a Service Associate-Therapist to join our SPA team.
As a Service Associate-Therapist, we rely on you to:
            
•To welcome guests and answer all inquiries under our standard of operations.
•Have a complete knowledge of the treatments, services, products and promotion offered.
•To ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance as lay down by the Service Leader / Spa Manager are implemented. 
•To organize therapist scheduling and selection under the standard of operations and to maximize the Spa Revenue.
 
We are looking for someone who:
•To ensure the smooth operations of CHI, The Spa and Health Club
•To ensure guests’ satisfaction
•To maximize the Spa revenue while wisely control expenses

•必须具备完整的Spa护理的知识、产品知识熟悉服务流程以及了解优惠推广项目。
•确保贯彻执行所有由水疗中心管理层制定的运作程序、管理章程和外观标准。
•按运作标准做好理疗师轮牌工作并最大限度地提升Spa的收入

•确保水疗及健身中心的正常运作
•顾客满意度
•争取水疗中心最大利润同时控制成本
