Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai is located right in the heart of the Jing An central business District, it is the focal point of the Jing An Kerry Center. The hotel has total 508 guest rooms and 6 distinctive restaurants. It sits on a network of public transport, including direct underground passages to the Metro Lines 2, 7and 14. Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.

We are currently looking for a Director of Business Development - Sales to join our Sales & Marketing team.

As a Director of Convention Sales, we rely on you to：
作为会议销售总监，我们希望你：
Lead, supervise and motivate the Convention Sales Team to achieve departmental goals and revenue targets.
Drive group, convention and association business while maximizing room and banquet revenue opportunities.
Develop sales strategies, generate new business leads and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
Monitor sales activities, business production and market trends to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, meeting planners, industry partners and Shangri-La sales offices.
Conduct site inspections, client entertainment activities and participate in sales missions, roadshows and promotional events.
Analyze market conditions and competitive activities, and implement proactive strategies to respond to market changes.
Work closely with Revenue Management, Events Management and other hotel departments to maximize hotel profitability.
Assist in developing and executing the hotel's Marketing Plan and annual budget objectives.
Coach, train and develop team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Has strong business acumen and market analysis capabilities.
Has proven experience in convention sales, group sales or hotel sales management.
Has experience in a luxury hotel or international hotel brand environment.
Enjoys interacting with people and developing business opportunities.
Is mature, proactive and possesses strong strategic thinking skills.

领导和管理会展销售团队，确保实现部门目标及收入预算。 
负责集团会议、会展及协会业务板块的客房和宴会收入达成。
制定销售策略，开发潜在客户资源，并将销售机会转化为确认业务。 
监督团队销售活动和业绩表现，确保销售目标的实现。 
与客户、会议策划者、行业合作伙伴及香格里拉销售办公室保持良好合作关系。 
组织并参与酒店参观、客户接待、销售拜访、路演及推广活动。 
分析市场动态及竞争对手情况，制定并执行相应销售策略。
与收益管理、宴会会议及其他运营部门紧密合作，实现酒店收益最大化。
协助制定并执行酒店市场营销计划及年度预算目标。
负责团队培训、辅导及人才发展，提升团队整体绩效。

岗位要求

具备优秀的领导力及团队管理能力。
具备出色的沟通协调及商务谈判技巧。
拥有良好的组织规划能力及目标导向意识。
具备较强的市场分析及商业洞察力。
具有会展销售、团队销售或酒店销售管理相关工作经验。
拥有国际品牌酒店或高端酒店销售管理经验者优先。
乐于与客户建立长期合作关系并持续开拓业务。
成熟稳重，积极主动，具备优秀的战略思维和执行能力。
