Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai is located right in the heart of the Jing An central business District, it is the focal point of the Jing An Kerry Center. The hotel has total 508 guest rooms and 6 distinctive restaurants. It sits on a network of public transport, including direct underground passages to the Metro Lines 2, 7and 14. Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.

We are currently looking for a Credit Manager to join our Finance team.

As a Service Manager - Credit, we rely on you to:

Manage and monitor the hotel's credit control processes to ensure compliance with hotel and corporate policies.  
Conduct credit evaluations and review credit applications before extending credit to clients.  
Monitor guest and client balances, ensuring adequate deposits and guarantees are obtained to minimize credit risk.  
Follow up on outstanding accounts and overdue payments, and work closely with debtors to secure timely settlements.  
Prepare credit-related reports, meeting summaries, and credit alert lists for management review.  
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and other departments to manage deposits, guarantees and collection activities.  
Monitor potential credit risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.  
Assist in monthly credit meetings and maintain accurate debtor records and reconciliations.  
Support the Financial Controller in administrative and financial documentation duties.  
Maintain strict confidentiality of all hotel and financial information.

We are looking for someone who:
Has a university degree, preferably in Accounting or a related discipline.  
Has at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in credit, accounts receivable, finance or a similar position.  
Is proficient in both English and Chinese.  
Has strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.  
Possesses sound knowledge of financial controls and credit management practices.  
Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills.  
Is detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.  
Is proactive, goal-oriented and a strong team player.
Has good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications

工作概述
负责酒店信贷管理工作，确保遵守酒店及集团相关政策和程序。  
审核客户信用申请，并完成相关信用评估工作。  
监控住店客人及客户账务情况，确保获得足够的预付款及担保。  
跟进逾期应收账款及客户付款情况，降低坏账和信用风险。  
编制信贷会议纪要、信贷预警清单及相关财务报告。  
与前厅部、销售部及其他运营部门紧密合作，确保账款及时回收。  
分析潜在信用风险并提出改进建议。  
负责应收账款对账、未认领押金核对及相关月度工作。  
协助财务总监处理相关行政及文档工作。  
严格保守酒店及财务资料机密。

岗位要求
大学本科及以上学历，会计、财务等相关专业优先。  
具备2-3年或以上信贷管理、应收账款或相关财务工作经验。  
具备良好的中英文沟通能力。  
具备较强的数据分析和风险控制能力。  
熟悉信贷管理流程及财务管理知识。  
具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神。  
工作细致认真，责任心强。  
积极主动，具备良好的执行力和目标意识。  
熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件。
