岗位职责
1.制定本部门预防性维修保养计划有效保障酒店设备、设施安全经济运行完好。
2.掌握当班能源消耗及维修费用，确保酒店最大限度的节能、节支。
3.推行节能运行计划的实施和运行维修费用预算的控制。4.协助分析工程项目报价单，亲临现场检查施工与工程进度。
5.协助工程部经理做好消防，安全工作。6.协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案。6. 工程主管分别负责强电、弱电、空调管道及锅炉方面的日常工作
岗位要求
1.中技以上文化程度；3年以上同岗位工作经验。
2.必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。
3.能充分领会工程部经理的经营意识，能组织和指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
4.有强烈的事业心与责任心和配合精神，秉公办事，不谋私利。
5.身体健康，精力充沛。
语言能力：中国普通话-熟练
