岗位职责：
1、负责各种二手房高端租赁客户开发；
2、负责根据客户需求寻求匹配房源及现场带看,促进成单；
3、指导并监督本团队销售人员开展二手房租赁业务；
4、协助本团队销售人员完成个人业绩指标；
5、针对业务需求为本团队销售人员开展物业知识、销售技巧培训；
6、完成本部门销售指标；
7、完成上级领导交办的其它事务性工作。
任职要求：
1、25岁以上，具有3年以上有二手房租赁销售管理经验。
2、拥有客户资源及团队建设经验。
3、不怕吃苦，能够坚持，有良好的抗压能力。
4、热情，积极，能解决客户任何疑虑的专业置业管家。
5、具有二手房带店经验。
