1. 负责按照菜品清单，组织菜品排列和摆盘；
2. 能配合厨师的工作安排，确保菜品质量和出餐速度；
3. 维护餐具、餐桌及环境的清洁卫生；
4. 管理餐车或传菜窗口，保证菜品数量和品质。
