•In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known餐厅经理休息或换班时,有义务将酒店的活动和运作要求通知员工

Financial Responsibilities财务责任
•Works with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget and is aware of financial targets  在准备过程中要重视和掌握好部门的预算,  时刻了解酒店的财政预算
•Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff 向员工重申节约成本的重要性及必要性	
Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities职业卫生和安全责任
•Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same证明知道职业卫生和安全责任政策和程序，在指引下确保全部程序是安全管理，确保工作汇报一致
•Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures注意知道责任和坚持职业卫生和安全的制定和程序
