岗位职责
1.完成砧板岗位的各项出品工作。
2.负责中厨出品的日常切配工作及高级宴会、酒会的切配。
3.负责厨房各种原材料的保管和使用。
4.按照各种菜式的份量标准及搭配要求处理日常工作。
5.负责验收各种蔬菜及食品原料的质量。要求：
1、同岗位工作经验1年以上
2、吃苦耐劳，听从岗点主管分配任务
五险一金、包吃住、月休6-8天
