岗位职责：
1、配合馆长做好经营管理和接待工作；
2、对工作中的问题及时发现并予以改进；
3、对前厅相关产品进行有效的销售和推荐；
4、对前厅人员做好分工，确保营业场所的整洁卫生。
任职资格：
1、中专以上文化程度，25-40岁，男女不限，形象气质佳；
2、熟悉服务行业的专业知识，具有熟练的服务技能；
3、有较高的处理突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力；
4、热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。
