【岗位职责】
1、执行集团公司质检标准，督导分公司运营品质的维护。
2、参与完善质量管理体系，执行集团公司质检督导检查制度。
3、负责分公司各服务工作现场检查、监督、考核、调研和组织培训。
4、参与制定、执行酒店质量管理标准，整理经常出现的问题提交给集团主管部门。
5、建立分公司质量管理和质量检查档案。【任职资格】
1、大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上，条件优秀者可适当放宽限制。
2、根据集团品牌的服务质量标准和卫生标准对酒店员工的服务进行监督检查。
3、具有较强的组织、协调及文字、语言表达能力
4、熟练掌握酒店工作质量标准及卫生标准。
