岗位职责
1. 负责做菜前和上菜前的准备工作,熟练掌握中餐做菜流程;2.与服务员配合,按菜单分别起菜,做好炒锅的助手;
3.核对菜单,起菜时按菜单统一的标准,及时做好补救工作,以免影响出菜的速度;
4.合理使用杂工,配合厨房工作;
5.每天开始要做好餐具的准备工作,收市后负责后厨的卫生,关好本部的水电煤气开关。

1.为人正直,有责任心;
2.有相关工作经验者优先;
3.身体健康,能吃苦耐劳,持有医院开具的健康证。
