岗位职责
1. 负责做菜前和上菜前的准备工作，熟练掌握中餐做菜流程；2.与服务员配合，按菜单分别起菜，做好炒锅的助手；
3.核对菜单，起菜时按菜单统一的标准，及时做好补救工作，以免影响出菜的速度；
4.合理使用杂工，配合厨房工作；
5.每天开始要做好餐具的准备工作，收市后负责后厨的卫生，关好本部的水电煤气开关。
岗位要求
1.为人正直，有责任心；
2.有相关工作经验者优先；
3.身体健康，能吃苦耐劳，持有医院开具的健康证。
