岗位职责
1.准备所有的配料并制作各种面包、西点等食品；
2.确保有足量的食品供应；3.负责操作间的日常卫生、工具清洁及收藏；
4.负责工作结束后的原料收藏、工具清洁、环境卫生、能源关闭等；
5.接受上级的其他任务。
岗位要求
1.专科以上文化程度，或相关专业毕业；
2.熟悉饮食的工作规范和要求，熟练掌握面点制作工艺；
3.1年以上同星级同岗位工作经验；
4.能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作，并有相应的技术等级；
5.一定的文字语言表达能力；
6.工作有责任心，做事认真负责；7.熟悉餐饮的相关知识及礼仪。
