工作描述Job Description
1.  监督管理所有有关会计和财务工作。
Be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of accounting and financial matters.
2.  全面负责筹备期各项财务工作，准备相关预算，报告等工作。
Overall in charge of all financial functions during pre-opening period and operational period. Prepare the budget, reports etc.
3.  作为管理人员，对财务、行政及法规方面提出意见及建议。按照公司要求准备财务报告并提供经营趋势分析，弱点分析及应采取的正确措施。
Participate as a member of the Executive Committee advise on the financial, administrative and legal implications of all matters. Prepare financial reports as required by the company and where necessary provide detailed analysis, outlining trends, weaknesses and recommendations for corrective action.
4.  协助总经理确保酒店固定资产安全性，按照酒店制度管理固定资产。
To assist the General Manager to ensure the security and management of fixed assets, following related policies.
5. 确保成本控制经理每月进行食品、酒水和经营用品存货的盘点和计价。保证经营设备的盘点和计价每半年至少进行一次。
To ensure that monthly physical count and valuation of all food, beverage and operating supplies and inventories are undertaken by the Cost Controller.To ensure physical inventory and valuation of all operating equipments are conducted at least once a half year.
6. 起草年度预算，和实际结果比较，并分析原由。准备现金资金流量计划，包括现金管理计划。
To prepare an annual budget and compare actual results with projected ones. In addition, also investigate the discrepancies.Prepare cash and fund flow including planning for cash management.

任职资格 Qualification
1.    酒店财务管理专业知识及领导能力
Finance management professional knowledge and leadership skills
2.    具有很强的计划、组织、沟通、协调、领导能力
Strong skills of organizing, planning, communication and coordination
3.    熟练运用办公软件及相关管理软件
Skilled in the use of office automation equipment and related management software
4.    具备优秀的书面和口头表达能力
Excellent written and verbal communication
5.    至少三年以上五星级酒店财务管理同岗位工作经验
Work experience of finance management for three years or above in 5 star international brand hotel
6.    原则性强，职业化规范度高，具有良好的团队协作精神，出色的人际交往能力，诚实可靠、品行端正
Strong principle, professional management ability, strong team spirit of collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills, honest and reliable, ethical and decent.
