【岗位职责】
1、客人退房后负责房间的清洁工作。
2、掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务。
3、管理好楼层定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收。
4、负责杯具的清洁与消毒工作。
5、负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作。
【岗位要求】
1、热情，手脚灵活。
3、持有酒店英语初级证书，可合理的为解决客人问题。
4、身体健康，相貌端正。
5、接受过正规客房服务工作培训。
