岗位职责
1.酒店所收到的货物都需经过收货区域。核实所有货物都有订单、市场报价单、货物清单及其他订货记录。
2.核实所收货物的数量、单价、质量及包装与订单是否相符。
3.确保在所有发票或送货单上盖章并记入每日收货记录报告中。
4.完成由经理指派的其它职责。
岗位要求
1.具有大专/本科以上财务专业学历。
2.具有较强的管理、沟通、协调能力。
3.基本的英语口语及书面表达能力。
4.熟悉酒店内部系统流程及程序。
