岗位职责
1. 在规定时间内完成公区主管指定的公共区域，办公室，洗手间，餐厅和其它区域的清洁工作。
2. 进行公区主管安排的装饰地毯和座椅吸尘、去渍及清洗地毯工作。
3. 确保大堂的玻璃门，家具和其它区域时刻保持干净。
4. 随时清空和清洁烟灰缸，烟灰缸中的沙土应干净无污物。
5. 公共区域桌椅应在无客人使用时摆放整齐并保持干净。
6. 向主管报告所有需维修问题如灯泡损坏，洗手间堵塞等,并及时向工程部报修。
7.时刻保持工作间整洁干净，确保吸尘器和其它机器干净且工作正常。
8.确保所有客梯干净卫生，门和装饰物无手印。
9.处理其它由本部门管理层分派的工作。
