1、在餐厅经理的领导下工作，做好包桌、零点的接待服务及卫生清扫工作；
2、做好开餐前的准备工作，检查餐厅设备、餐具是否完好使用，按照规范要求配备用具，布置台型、美化环境；
3、保持餐厅的卫生，做到无蚊蝇、无灰尘、无杂物，无异味，使餐具炊具清洁完好；
4、严格执行服务规范和操作程序，掌握好上菜时机。根据菜肴种类按顺序上菜。要准确清楚的报上菜名，主动介绍饭菜特点，掌握上菜速度；
5、客人就餐完毕视情及时开具账单，并收取就餐费用，记帐单位应主动请有关人员签字，避免错收或跑单；
6、完成领导交办的其它任务。
