2.与相关部联系并协调工作，确保服务的快捷与效率。
3.了解饭店业行政接待情况，不断完善服务品质与项目。
岗位要求
1.大专毕业学历或同等以上文化程度，英文水平较好。
2.经验不限，可接受应届生
3.善于与客沟通，有较强的协调组织能力，可合理的为解决客人问题。
语言能力：英语-良好年龄要求：20-30岁
