1.      To create, maintain and periodically update the beverage and wine list that is representative of what the market wants in collaboration with F&B Manager.

2.    Periodically market beverage promotions to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
定期制定酒水推广活动提高客人的满意和提高营业收入.
3.    Enforce the Swiss Grand standardized drink recipe and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality beverage to our guests in accordance with the Bar Guide.
执行瑞颐标准酒水配方并以此为指导确保为客人提供一致的瑞颐酒吧标准的饮料.
4.    Preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the outlets achievable capabilities.
通过历史数据分析和预测准备年度部门有发展的指标来反映部门可达到的能力.
5.    Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
正确的预测市场的需要来确保有效的人员和食品生产.
6.    Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety & sanitation standards at all times.
职责是维持任何时间所在部门的食品安全卫生.
7.  Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
      职责是坚决维护管理部门的财产和设备.
8.  Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
每月的基本任务是设施设备检查维修的预防管理
