Directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Concierge whilst on duty, ensure that all of hotel's guests and visitors are greeted, attended to and assisted with a level of service that is professional.
负责礼宾部日常的工作，向所有酒店的客人和来访者问候，提供友好迅捷的专业的服务。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)

Have a complete knowledge of the hotel facilities and services, including room type, room rates, relative features and facilities.
全面了解酒店的设施设备及服务。
Ensures that all equipment within the section is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.
确保工作区域内的所有设备处于良好工作状态。
Responsible and accountable for the loading and unloading of guest luggage from guest cars and directing guest to the car parking facilities available to guests and visitors of hotel.
负责为客人从乘座的车中装卸行李，并且为酒店客人和来访者指引停车场。
Be carefully delivery and collection of guest luggage from Guestrooms, cars and Front Desk.
及时和仔细地从客人的房间、乘座的车中以及前台接待收发客人的行李和物品。
