岗位职责：
1. 根据整体的工作安排,协助经理做好部门日常工作,保证部门工的作的正常运营。
2、负责主持如开部门的班前、班后例会,做好部门员工的签到、考勤工作,发现问题及时向经理汇报。
3、熟悉各部门的服务工作,检查监督部门员工岗位职责的执行情况。
4、注意部门营业的落实情况,根据营业中出现的问题,以及顾客、员工的反馈信息、建议,上报经理共同研究,努力完成上级下达的各项任务、指标。
5、负责抓好康体部消耗品使用情况,减少不必要的浪费,根据上级指示,做好康体中心各项设施、设备的保养工作。
6、负责部门服务人员的服务意识、服务技能行为、语言规范等培训工作。
7、积极、主动与上级沟通,不断健全部门规章制度并严格执行、监督,努力做好部门的各项工作。
