1. Obedience: Personnel who assist their superior in carrying out an assigned task.
2.Service: Assist in preparation of outlet for service periods. Adhere to the standards and sequence of service within the outlet.
3.Communication: Maintain good relation with outlet captain, supervisor, manager and waiters.
4.Problem solving: Ascertain guest’s satisfaction and advise supervisor of any guest complaints or problems no matter how small.
