8.负责水疗的准备和清理房间之前和之后的整理。

10.提供详细的解释和提供水疗中心专业服务。

11.护送客人到更衣室,零售/茶区或下次约会，向到达或离开的客人进行称呼的问候。

12. 有效沟通与所有同事,水疗中心的客人,酒店客人和取得他们的理解。

1.Review all upcoming appointments and treatments.

2.Encourage up selling, link selling and retail sales with every guest.

3.Achieve retail targets as a percentage of revenues.

4.Continuously attend training sessions in the spa.

5.Attend regularly scheduled product knowledge training classes.

6.Perform all Body Treatments as required.

7.Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each massage.

8.Responsible for the preparation and cleaning up of the treatment room before and after treatments.

9.Participate in promotional activities outside of the spa to raise awareness and to attract potential clients to the spa.

10.Provide detail explanations of services provided and spa specialties.

11.Escort all guests to changing rooms, retail/tea area or next appointment.Greet all arriving and departing guests in the treatment areas by name.

12.Effectively communicate with all co-workers, spa guests, hotel guests and management to their understanding.
