Conduct training on basic knowledge of treatment menu and benefits, contraindications, retail lines and sales for Spa therapists and attendants.
Proactively schedule, supervise and conduct employee new-hire and on-going training programs under the positions scope of supervision.
Attend all product and treatment education classes.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times, including in-house guests, day guests, and telephone inquiries.
Receive and respond to all guest concerns, comments or complaints with discretion and urgency
His services will be professional and predictable but flexible enough, when necessary, to adhere to the individual needs and wants of guests.
