职位描述

指导销售队伍的方向并通过采取所有需要的销售行动和程序来达到并超过预期目标。

协助市场销售总监指导销售员工明确目标、目的。

采取横向销售管理体系以争取最大利润。

宣传及积极销售酒店使之成为热度最高的宴会,会议举办酒店,以此争取房间的销售,最大限度地利用会议及多功能厅的设施设备,以取得所预计的最高收益目标。

监督指导下属员工掌握会议团队的需要并填写好团队订单,为客人提供最为满意的服务。

监督所有商业客户活动并保证所有客户档案及追踪系统得到及时更新.

确保所有新客户均无良信用的记录。

控制饭店销售部的每月预算。

负责控制开销,以期以最少的花费获得最多的销售收入。

通过执行销售拜访计划、对客户拜访及实施计划提出建议,为下属提供指导。

协助新员工的培训工作。

协助市场销售总监领导销售队伍实施销售计划并给予正确、有效的培训。

确保尽可能提供安全的工作环境以保护索菲特形象大使在工作场所免受歧视、 骚扰和迫害。

用及时和保密的方式对待有关骚扰和歧视的投诉。

尊重对待所有客户和同事的文化信仰。

识别和处理可能导致跨文化冲突或误解的问题。

同销售团体成员一起制定年销售计划。

协助市场销售总监制订价格,优惠政策,特别促销活动。

协助制定长期和短期计划,认识市场和顾客。

每月提交客户总结报告。

熟悉饭店电脑及数据系统的运作和应用程序。

确保并监督部门内人员对“销售及餐饮”等酒店电脑系统软件的正确、有效运用。

熟悉酒店运作尤其是主要运营部门的运作(前厅部、客房部、餐饮部、宴会厅等)。

密切关注涉及竞争对手酒店的事宜(位置、常规价格、服务-偶然或经常需要的)。

通过经常宴请、定点参观酒店、介绍酒店等活动宣传酒店。

首先完成主要客户的预计营业指标,其次通过精心准备和完成计划,发展具有潜力的客户。

明确客户需求,确定客户的需要得到了满足。

提供售后服务,特别要确保必要时客户所有的投诉都被有关部门认真接受、讨论。

建立通讯名录和客史档案系统以便自动快捷的进行销售。.

统一每周的销售活动并作出报告给市场销售总监。

处理关于销售过程中的日常问题,督查员工的出勤情况。

在任何时间,任何形式的联系中提高饭店的正面形象。

鼓励和发展同公众、旅客、客户以及商界人士之间的积极紧密的关系。

助理销售总监缺席时,由高级销售经理代行职责。

 

Assist in leading, directing and motivating sales team through all necessary sales actions and programs to achieve and excel the annual budget targeted.

Assist DOSM in directing each Sales to meet objective and targets.

Apply yield management for maximum revenue.

Promote and sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while concentrating

on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and achieve the highest r evenue desired and targeted.

Supervise subordinate staff in handling meeting group request and order forms in details avoiding miscommunications that guests are served to the most satisfaction.

Monitor overall account business performance and ensure all account files are updated

Ensures that all new clients have no negative credit references.

Monitor and administer the hotel Sales Department budget on a monthly basis.

Responsible for expenses control and its effectiveness to obtain maximum sales revenue at minimum costs.

Lead sales subordinate staff by implementing the joint call program and providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of customer interviews and action plans.

Assist in conduct training to new staff.

Assist DOSM in carry out sales plans by leading sales team with efficiency and proper training.

Ensure wherever possible that Ambassadors are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation.

Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.

Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

Assist in formulating marketing plan annually with the Assistance from sales team and executive committee members.

Assist DOSM with outlining rate structures, discount policies, special promotional packages and activities.

Assist in making both long and short term plans, identifying markets and customers.

Organize production reports of sales team on a monthly basis.

To familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system.

Ensure the implementation of in-house software especially for “sales & catering”, supervise all staff utilize it properly and efficiently.

Keep well informed about the operations especially in key departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banqueting etc.).

Gather competitor information on weekly

Promote the hotel as often as possible through entertaining, conducting, site inspections, presentations etc. of the hotel.

Achieve (a) budgeted revenues on key accounts and (b) conversion of key prospects through the preparation and execution of acting plans.

Define precisely guest requirements and ensure that the guest services offered correspond effectively to their requests.

Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention and communicate with the respective departments if necessary for proper handling.

Establish and update mailing list and set up history filing system that automatically prompts sales to do follow up.

Consolidate weekly sales activities and formulate report to DOSM.

Handle all daily matters relating to sales operation. Monitor staffs’ duty roster and supervise staff attendance to work.

At all times, promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.

Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.

In his or her absence, the Senior Sales Manager-MICE may be replaced by first.
