职位描述

1.1       Supervise Coordinators、 Executive on daily operations.Business group and MICE experience will be a plus.

指导监督协调员,业务拓展主任的日常工作,有MICE 背景优先考虑

 

1.2       Ensures that all new clients have no negative credit references.

确保所有新客户均无不良信用的记录。

 

1.3       Assist in conduct training to new staff.

协助新员工的培训工作。

 

1.4       Ensure wherever possible that Ambassadors are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation.

确保尽可能提供安全的工作环境以保护索菲特形象大使在工作场所免受歧视、 骚扰和迫害。

 

1.5       Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.

用及时和保密的方式对待有关骚扰和歧视的投诉。

 

1.6       Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

尊重对待所有客户和同事的文化信仰。

 

1.7       Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

识别和处理可能导致跨文化冲突或误解的问题。

 

1.8       Assist DOSM with all the market information needed for marketing plan annually.

协助市场总监制定年度计划所需有关信息。

 

1.9       Keep very good account management with updated account profile, contacts profile and detailed activities as per assigned territory.

不断更新客户档案及管辖区内的客户拜访记录。

 

1.10     Organizes regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.

按计划定期组织销售拜访。

 

1.11     Submit Weekly sales plan and weekly sales summary to DOS.

递交周计划及周总结给销售总监。

 

1.12     Update account profile on daily basis and report on daily debriefing.

每日更新客户档案并在日例会汇报。

 

1.13     Records the statistics of his/her sales accounts.

记录其客户数据。

 

1.14     Be aware of each account monthly production and make action plan accordingly.

了解每个客户产量并制定相应行动计划。

 

1.15     Work on time and be able to work overtime when necessary.

准时上班,必要时能胜任加班。

 

1.16     Be able to understand and read daily pick up report, revenue report and market segments.

熟悉及运用日常生意报表,收入报表及市场分类。

 

1.17     Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.

保持现有客户并发展新的客户。

 

1.18     Maintain good business relationship with all producers.

同客户保持良好的商业关系。

 

1.19     Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.

完成每周的宴请和拜访计划。

 

1.20     Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.

针对团队,散客,会议及宴会生意信息开展电话销售、访问、邮寄等销售活动。

 

1.21     Make sure all reservation is correctly instructed for effective communication between sales reservation operations.

确认所有的预定单被准确无误地在销售部与预订部之间进行沟通并生效。

 

1.22     Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.

保证对所有的来信和电话询问都进行有效的处理,建立一种令人愉快的工作关系。

 

1.23     Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.

记录客户对于酒店发展的建议和最新的信息。

 

1.24     Be able to sell both rooms and banquet. Knows how to handle groups.

能够进行客房及宴会全方位销售. 掌握如何处理团队业务。

 

1.25     Monitor on-hand groups cut off days. Follow up contract, deposit and full payment.

监督在手预定团队的截止日并跟进合同, 订金及全款。

 

 

1.26     Be able to bring in high yield business during high impact period and volumes during valley period.

能够在旺期接洽高收入生意,淡期大批量生意。

 

1.27     Be able to handle RFP contracts and knows how to work with international sales office.

了解如何处理RFP合同及与地区销售部合作。

 

1.28     Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.

提供售后服务,确保所有的客户投诉都已被认真受理,并在必要时与有关部门进行研究。

 

1.29     Be able to receive in the hotel any VIPS whom he has approached.

接待酒店重要客户。

 

1.30     Achieve monthly individual goal assigned and team goal.

1.31     Ensures that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated.

确保所有投诉都已经过仔细调查,并已采取补救措施。

 

1.32     As directed, compile and input market intelligence information.

1.33     To familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system.

熟悉饭店电脑及数据系统的运作和应用程序。

 

1.34     Ensure the implementation and utilization of in-house software especially the “sales and catering”, use it efficiently and maintain its application.

确定并保持对“销售及餐饮”等酒店电脑系统软件的有效运用。

 

1.35     Keep well informed about the operations especially in essential departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Banqueting etc.).

熟悉整个酒店的运作尤其是运营部门的运作(前厅部、客房部、餐饮部、宴会厅等)。

 

1.36     Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis - quarterly or more often if need be).

密切关注涉及竞争对手酒店的事宜(位置、常规价格、服务-偶尔或经常需要的)。

 

1.37     Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining,conducting, site inspections, and presentations etc. of the hotel.

通过经常宴请、定点参观酒店、介绍酒店等活动宣传酒店。

 

1.38     At all times, promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.

维护酒店正面形象。

 

1.39     Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.

发展同公众、旅客、客户以及商界人士之间的积极紧密关系。

 

1.40     In his or her absence, the Senior Sales Manager may be replaced first by another Senior Sales Manager.
