Sales Manager-MICE&Events
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•Supervise coordinators on daily operations.
•Ensures that all new clients have no negative credit references.
•Assist in conduct training to new staff.
•Training to assign coordinator, let coordinator to more sales skills and good for their future personal development and promotion.
•Ensure wherever possible that Ambassadors are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation.
•指导监督协调员的日常工作
•确保所有新客户均无不良信用的记录。
•协助新员工的培训工作。
•对分配的协调员进行工作中的培训，让协调员了解更多的销售知识，以便将来的提升。
•确保尽可能提供安全的工作环境以保护索菲特形象大使在工作场所免受歧视、 骚扰和迫害。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
•Over three years relatives work experience.
•Proficiency in office software.
•English skills in writing and reading.
•三年以上相关从业经验。
•熟练使用办公软件。
•英文读写能力。
