Embassy Restaunt Cook
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•Stock food items neat in shelves and fridges.
•Keep the section that he is assigned to in.
•Good working order.
•Must be an example of the Sofitel Values, brand standards, and a champion of grooming and appearance guidelines.
•All Ambassadors are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstance.
•把食品整齐摆放在货架上和冰箱内。
•保持本部门工作场地干净、整齐。
•根据标准的烹饪方法在制作。
•必须作为索菲特价值、品牌标准和仪容仪表的优秀典范。
•所有大使在工作中都被要求遵守直接主管所发出的一切合理要求，并且遵循、完成工作。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
•Minimum of 3 years five star hotel kitchen working experience, preferably in the luxury setting.
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
•必须有3年以上酒店餐厨房经验，奢华酒店尤佳
•积极主动并具有团队精神
