Department Trainee
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•Must greet all guests with warm and natural standard at every guest contact point.
•Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.
•Monitor guest service constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guests satisfaction is being achieved through guests’ recognition and prompt cordial attention.
•Support operations and assist in achieving team member and guest satisfaction goals.
•Interact in a positive way with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience.
•在每一次与客人接触时，必须热情和自然地称呼，向客人问候。
•履行被分配的职责，尽自己所能提高工作效率。
•不断监控对客服务水平，通过客人的认可及热情，确保任何时间都能最大限度地令客人满意。
•支持营运并且协助完成团队成员和顾客满意的目标。
•运用积极的方式与团队成员互动来确保奢华的顾客体验。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
•Full-time diploma degree or above
•Graduation from Hotel Management, English related professional
•Good English language skill
•Active in dealing with problems, and positive working attitude
•全日制大专（含）以上学历
•酒店管理、英语、文秘相关专业
•良好英文水平
•积极应对和解决问题，保持良好的工作状态
