【职位描述】
LAN Kitchen Sous Chef
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•Ensure that production is done according to the standard recipes at all times.
•Has knowledge of Thai food items concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and preparation.
•Responsible for all Thai food in all relevant F&B outlets.
•Implements the FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION/HACCP standards and policies at all times.
•Responsible for the Implementation of menus under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef.

•熟悉泰国菜的配料、烹饪方法及准备工作。
•负责餐饮的所有泰式食物。
•执行食品安全和卫生/危害分析和关键环节控制点程序标准和政策。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
•Minimum of 3 years food and beverage management experience, preferably in the luxury setting.
•A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, sales, and marketing.
•Strong background and knowledge of a wide range of regional Thai cuisine and cooking methods.
•Creative mind set and dish presentation.
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
•3年以上酒店餐饮厨房管理层经验，奢华酒店尤佳。
•充分了解餐饮厨房管理运作、目标、市场运作和销售。
•熟悉泰式烹饪技巧，具有广泛的泰国菜烹饪知识。
•创造性思维，有代表性菜品展示。
•积极主动并具有团队精神。
