Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•Wholly in charge of all design and artwork required of the hotel under the supervision of the Director of Marketing Communications, the Graphic Artist must assist other hotels within the Group if necessary.
•Make sure all design and production in line with requirement and standard of Accor Asia Pacific. Supervise all advance deposit and co-ordinate with the Accounts Dept. as per policies and procedures.
•Prepare layout of all hotel publications well ahead of schedule for preparation to Director of Marketing Communications, keep a file of reference materials related to the design of all hotel publications and promotional materials, both local and overseas.
•Handle all photos taking for banquet functions and for special events for PR coverage, update photos of hotel facilities and services.
•在市场传媒总监的管理下，全面负责饭店内的所有美术设计工作，必要时美工要协助集团内其它酒店。
•确保全部设计与出品与所要求的相一致并符合雅高亚太地区的标准。
•根据公关经理的工作进程表，设计准备所有的酒店宣传材料, 保存有关国内外所有饭店的出版物和增刊的设计。
•管理所有供公关宣传使用的宴会厅或特殊事件的照片，不断更新有关饭店设施和服务的照片。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
•Experience on PC graphics software, incl.AI, ID, PS and LR.
•Appreciate consistency of graphic style and typography.
•Have at least a working knowledge of and be able to type accurately in English as well as be aware of editorial style.
•熟悉制图软件，包括 AI， ID， PS， LR。
•可保持绘画，文字排版或印刷风格的一致性。
•至少精通一种工作语言即英语，并准确使用英文，同时了解文本编辑标准。
