Call Centre Captain
Primary Responsibilities主要职责
•Service Center Manager is responsible and accountable for achieving and maintaining the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction. Responsible for daily operations of the Service Center.
•Ensure that ‘shift check list’ issues are followed up accordingly.
•Maintain update information and product knowledge.
•Hotel knowledge and facility training for all FO new joined staff.
•Receptive to guest complaint, analyze within the limitation set, make correct and quick decision to ensure total guest satisfaction whilst also protecting the hotel property and revenue.
•负责保持高标准的对客服务，从而赢得客人最大的满意，同时通过有效的日常管理，确保服务在预算的范围内得以高效运作。
•确保班次检查表上的未完成工作能够得到很好的跟进。
•维护信息和产品知识的日常更新。
•负责部门新员工的入职后应知应会的培训。
•接受客人投诉分析，并在权限范围内能够迅速的正确的做出决定以确保全体客人时刻满意，同时保证酒店的财产和收入。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
•Associate degree or above
•Graduation from Hotel Management, English, Secretary related professional
•Good knowledge and familiar with all front desk area operation
•Good English language skill
•Good communication skill
•全日制大专（含）以上学历
•酒店管理、英语、文秘相关专业
•熟悉前厅情况及运作
•良好英文水平
•良好沟通技巧
