1.公共区域服务大使必须按照索菲特品牌标准在指定的区域里合理完成清洁工作并对相应物品进行补给。其中包含但不局限于地毯吸尘和清洁、调整摆放家具、清洗门窗和墙壁、清理垃圾桶、整理工作间、清扫公共区域和服务区域、地毯清洗、大理石结晶、给客人提供可能的服务等
The Public Area Attendant cleans and supplies all assigned areas according to Sofitel Brand Standard. Include but not limited in vacuuming and cleaning the carpets, adjustment the furniture, cleaning window and wall, cleaning the rubbish bin, cleaning the pantry, cleaning public area and service area, carpet shampoo, marble crystallization, offer guest available service etc.

2.确保所有的公共区域的干净整洁。为客人提供干净整洁的环境
Ensures all public area is neat and tidy. Provides a clean and sanitized public area to our entire customer. Be ready for any last minutes for the day.

3.清扫并保持公共洗手间的清洁，至少每小时检查一次各个洗手间
Maintain and clean the public washrooms. Each washroom to be checked each hour as a minimum.

4.清洁酒店电话。确保适当的补充公共区域用品如笔，铅笔，便签纸，电话指南，烟灰缸和火柴等
Clean house telephones. Ensure supplies such as pens, pencils, memo pads, directories, ashtray and matches are available.

5.对所有的公共区域进行例行检查以确保各处的干净整洁。清洁烟灰缸，并保持烟缸中的沙子干净
Make routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness and neatness. Empty ashtrays and keep sand clean.
