1.监督并管理本部的服务情况。

5.根据现有的标准，记录客人的点菜并向客人推荐本部的特色菜。
1.Monitors and supervises flow of service at the assigned station in the Restaurant.
2.Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items.
3.Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
4.Reports records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to Superiors.
5.Takes order, promote outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.
