1.负责酒店内所有美工工作。
Responsible for all the hotels art requirements.
2.必要时美工要协助集团内其它酒店。
The Graphic Artist must assist other hotels within the Group if necessary.
3.确保全部设计与出品与所要求的相一致并符合雅高亚太地区的标准。
Make sure all design and production in line with requirement and standard of Accor Asia Pacific.
4.保存有关国内外所有饭店的出版物和增刊的设计。
Keep a file of reference materials related to the design of all hotel publications and promotional materials, both local and overseas.
5.根据工作进程表，设计准备所有的酒店宣传材料。
Prepare layout of all hotel publications well ahead of schedule for preparation .
6.管理所有供公关宣传使用的宴会厅或特殊事件的照片。
Handle all photos taking for banquet functions and for special events for PR coverage.
7.不断更新有关饭店设施和服务的照片。
Update photos of hotel facilities and services.
8.协助准备新闻稿。
Assist in the preparation of Press Releases.

学历 & 经验 & 胜任力
Knowledge & Experience & Competencies
1.熟悉制图软件，包括 AI， ID， PS， LR。
Experience on PC graphics software, incl.AI, ID, PS and LR.    
2.可保持绘画，文字排版或印刷风格的一致性。 
Appreciate consistency of graphic style and typography.  
3.至少精通一种工作语言即英语，并准确使用英文，同时了解文本编辑标准。
Have at least a working knowledge of and be able to type accurately in English as well as be aware of editorial style.
