1.Ensuring the guest room standards with regards to cleanliness, maintenance, supply and ambience are consistently maintained at a very high level
2.Inspect all vacant and occupied rooms to check standards of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and / or supplies. Report any problems to the Room Attendants and follow up.
3.Supervise all special projects and update the file accordingly, i.e. mattress turning, renovations, general cleaning, etc.
4.Ensure supplies are correctly ordered, properly stored and re-used as directed to avoid wastage, including linen and mini bar items.
5.Perform other related duties and special projects as required by the superiors both within and outside the hotel.
