Conform To and enforce policies, procedures, rules, and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.

遵守并执行由雅高集团或酒店制定的各项规章制度,从而达到统一及服务的最高水平。

 

Perform special duties as required by Director of Security.

完成安全部总监交与的其他任务。

 

Organize the training activities of Fire prevention evacuation knowledge and Fire equipment standard operation for all hotel ambassador according to their different position.

根据酒店岗位特点负责对酒店全体大使进行消防安全知识培训以及消防器材的使用和操作讲解。

 

Cooperate with the Engineering Department to prepare hotel fire system and equipment regular operation standard. Then prepare the inspection standard for the hotel fire system and equipment.

根据要求与酒店工程部合作制定酒店消防设施、设备的正常运作标准,并根据该标准制定安全部对酒店消防设施、设备的检查标准。

 

Organize the training of fire equipment regular maintenance, maintenance record and fixed-point operation inspection for fire control center ambassador, accomplishing regular fixed time, fixed point.

负责培训安全部消防监控中心大使对酒店消防器材和设备的保养以及检查运行状态,并作好检查保养记录工作,做到定时、定位、定点。

 

According to the fire-prevention characteristic, make sure the major fire-prevention department or places, in addition, take part in fire-prevention regulations & safe operation regulations.

根据防火安全特点,确定酒店重点防火安全部门或部位并参与制定防火安全制度及安全操作制度。

 

Regular follow up, adjust and upgrade the performance of the fire-prevention regulations.

定期检查酒店消防安全制度执行情况,并提出整改意见和方案。

 

Organize the training and fire drill for volunteer fire ambassador, help them to accurately operate according to the fire emergency pre-plan during the fire alarm situation, frequently organize the simulative practice of emergency evacuation plan in the hotel.

负责对酒店义务消防队员培训、演练,做到在火警状态下能准确按火警预案操作,并定期在酒店内进行模拟火警紧急疏散方案演练。

 

Create fire and safe filing system according to the local municipal regulations. Pay attention to collect, analyze and study the hotel fire cases. Also search and improve the weakness of hotel fire system.

根据地区政府规定建立健全酒店消防安全管理档案,注意收集有关酒店的火灾案例进行定期分析研究寻找本酒店的消防安全薄弱环节作好及时整改工作。

 

Organize the training program of the fire ambassador concerned people regarding the equipment standard operation procedure and maintenance of faulty equipment.  

负责对消防监控中心人员培训有关保安监控等其它保安设备的标准操作方法。检查标准、保养方法,以及掌握故障发生记录处理程序。

 

According to the control equipment of major area prepared by Director of Security. Organize the training of job responsibilities for control center ambassador.

根据安全部总监制定的重点区域控制要求培训监控人员上岗操作要求、职责。

 

Periodically do the ambassador performance appraisal, point out and settle the problems in their work.

负责对所管辖的大使工作定期评估,及时纠正或解决大使工作中遇到的问题。

 

Know well own responsibilities on sighting emergency accidents.

掌握消防应急预案及危急事件发生时自己的职责。

 

Attend regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and update the performance of the Department as a whole.

定期参加例行会议,回顾本部门的工作情况并提出调整和改善的意见。

 

Check daily on-duty record, know well the recorded information and Hotel major machine room situations controlled by fire control center.

每天检查当班记录,掌握各班记录的设备、设施及酒店重点机房地消防监控情况。

 

Establish good relationship with departmental ambassador and hotel ambassador.

与部门大使和酒店大使建立良好的人际关系。

 

Frequently make up a summary through the work. Especially concerning creating better work standards. Pay attention to spare-time learning.

经常性地在工作中总结和提高自己的工作水平,并注重自己的业余学习。

 

Regularly put forward reasonable suggestion and requirements through the work.

定期向上级主管汇报个人对执行工作中的合理建议和改善要求。

 

Pay attention to the confidentiality.

有责任对酒店及部门属涉及秘密的范围,作好保密工作。

 

Assist Asst. SSC Manager to give regular departmental training for new ambassador.

协助安全部副经理培训新入职保安大使。

 

Pay particular attention to courtesy, efficiency, service standards, grooming, diplomacy and actual job knowledge.

定期检查大使的仪容仪表、礼貌礼仪、服务水平、工作效率及保安专业知识。

 

Spot check on ambassador work attendance.

经常性抽检大使考勤情况。

 

Assist HR department in organizing the training work.

协助人事部作好培训工作。

 

Identify and develop leadership qualities among subordinates in order to guide them towards the path of career enrichment with the hotel and additionally provide the Hotel with a source for future management.

发掘和培养有潜质的安全大使作为管理人员的后备力量和来源渠道。

 

Carry out “Attendance Procedure” issued by HR strictly.

严格执行人事部发布的《考勤政策》。

 

Supervise ambassador of all groups to fill in attendance form every day and          record strictly.

严格督促各班组成员每日认真签到并做好相应记录。
