职位描述

1. Function as primary support to the Director of Human Resources including activities in employment, benefits, payroll, associates relations, wages and salary administration, worker’s compensation.

 在招聘、福利、工资、员工关系及薪酬管理方面支持人力资源总监。

 

2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department; and directly manage and develop all Human Resource associates.

负责人力资源部日常运作,直接管理和培养人力资源部员工。


3. Assist the Director of Human Resources to develop and implement the hotel’s business plan.  Develop Human Resources strategic plan in alignment with the hotel’s business plan.

协助人力资源总监制定和实施酒店经营计划,建立人力资源战略计划与酒店经营计划保持一致。


4. Manage the recruiting and hiring process for all departments.  To select and refer applicants with right qualification and talents that provide exceptional customer service.

管理各部门招聘和聘佣程序。推荐和挑选合格员工。


5. Administer compensation and benefits, and develop recognition programs that motivate, reward and retain associates.

管理员工薪资福利、建立奖励制度以奖励、表彰和留住员工。


6. Participate in key decision making with the leadership team.

参与管理层决策。


7. Ensure compliance and fair application of corporate, legal and hotel human resources policies and procedures.

保证执行公司、法律及酒店的政策和程序。

 

8. Drive company culture by planning and conducting employee orientation and ongoing programs to foster positive attitude to company goal.

通过计划和安排员工入职培训及其它培训课程推广公司文化,建立积极的工作态度。


9. Work with DHR /Training Manger on the hotel training programs and learning system to support workforce planning and career development.

与人力资源总监或培训经理一同推广培训课程和培训系统,以支持员工发展。


10. Assist managers with analyzing strength and weakness of the subordinates and assist in preparing development plan.

协助经理分析员工的优点和不足之处,准备其个人发展计划。


11. Perform and all duties and responsibilities in timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

及时高效完成本职工作和职责,根据公司政策和程序以实现本岗位的目标。

  

12. Maintain a favourable working relationship with all associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

与所有员工保持积极的工作关系,以建立和提高团队合作和和谐。


13. Work collaboratively with other hotels and lodging brands to leverage resources.

与其它姐妹酒店通过推方品牌来增加资源。


14. To perform any other duties as assigned by the HRD.

完成上级交给的其它任务。
