西厨领班、厨师

1.	Cooks, prepares and bakes food for guests and associates as per the standard recipes
2.	Guides subordinates in the preparation and presentation of dishes
3.	Follows the outlined standard and procedures precisely.
4.	Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.
5.	Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools. 
6.	Always maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen, storage, Fridge’s and freezers.
7.	Makes sure that all food items are received, checked and stored correctly 
8.	Ensures that all the kitchen equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage 
9.	Participates in ongoing training of subordinates 
10.	Attends all scheduled training at his, her level.
11.	Maintains a safe and secure working environment
12.	Initiates action to correct a hazardous situation and notify        
13.	supervise/managers of potential danger
14.	Adheres and ensures that all policies and procedures, and Staff handbook regulations are abided by.
15.	Deals effectively with guests and workplace associates at all times 
16.	Hygiene Follows guidelines set down in Safe Food and Standards Manual
17.	Hard copies of the Food and Standards Manual are located in each outlet kitchen

9.       参与培训员工。
10.   参加所有相应级别的培训。
11.   保持安全可靠的工作环境。
12.   采取行动排除危险,向上级或经理报告危险隐患。
13.   坚持和保证遵守所有的政策程序，和员工手册。
14.   随时使用客人满意标准为客人和员工服务。
15.   在团队有效及和谐工作
16.   依据酒店食品安全卫生手册内容操作。
