Planning of manpower and duty rosters.
做好人力资源管理以及考勤工作。
Attending departmental meetings or any other meetings as assigned by the management.
参与部门内部以及上级安排的以外的会议。
Remind guest to fill up our on line GSS after check out.
在客人退房时提醒客人填退房后在线完成客人意见书。
9. To counsel/coach all associates to ensure the consistency of their performance.
培训所有员工在工作中要有一致性。
10. To liaise with other departments on new policies/packages.
跟其他部门保持良好关系,以便得到更新的信息。
11. Knowing all emergency procedure at all times.
了解所有应急情况下所要采取的行动步骤。
12. Be wary of general liability issues and if unclear to check with Department Head.
