Functions as the operational leader of the hotel's food and beverage operation, including Restaurants, Lobby Lounge, Room Service, Banquet/Event Management. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensures the food and beverage operation meets the brand's target customer needs, ensures associate satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department.

1. Manages restaurant operations and associates on a daily basis. Areas of responsibility include Restaurant, Bar/Lounge, Room Service, Banquets/Event Management.
2. Sales volume, number of meals served and complexity of the operation determine level of responsibility.
3. Depending on level of responsibility, supervises daily restaurant operations; assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
4. Assist the DFB to direct and work with the food and beverage management team and associates to successfully execute restaurant operations; strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
5. Assist the DFB to guide the service team for Guest Voice improvement and Brand Standard Audit pass.

7. Building Strategic Working Relationships - Skilled at developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

9. Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents in English.
10. Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences in English.
11. Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
