岗位职责
1、协助制定酒店年度培训规划和月度培训计划。
2、负责酒店年度、月度培训计划实施的组织、协调工作。
3、按期反馈酒店培训实施结果。
4、与相关部门及人员进行沟通，取得培训工作所需的协助。
5、审核各种培训教材，负责部门培训师考核工作。
6、深入部门，了解部门的培训需要，提出可行性建议。
7、协调开展酒店各类员工活动。
岗位要求
1、熟悉岗位培训工作程序。
2、了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
3、具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
4、具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
