岗位职责
1.按规定服务程序与标准向贵宾提供最佳的服务。
2.掌握实时房态，掌握行政楼层以及VIP宾客的情况及必要的信息，做好服务准备。
3.与前厅部、餐饮部、工程部、财务协调工作，为贵宾提供第一流的服务。
4.掌握预抵贵宾的姓名、人数和特殊要求，检查预抵贵宾的房间。
5.检查VIP的房间，对住店生病的宾客或残疾人予以慰问，关照并协调有关部门予以特殊服务。
6.及时有效地解决宾客投诉，每日拜访不同类型宾客，征求宾客意见做好记录。
任职资格
1.中专以上文化程度。
2.有2年以上客房工作经验。
3.熟悉酒店专业知识，可合理的为宾客解决问题。
4.身体健康，相貌端正，举止大方。
5.参加过相关专业培训。
语言能力：中国普通话-熟练年龄要求：25-40岁
