岗位职责：
1、起草、审核及管理公司协议、商业合同及法律文件等，制定和修改标准合同范本确保公司日常运营；
2、负责劳动合同、劳务协议的签署、管理工作，并协助处理员工关系；3、负责参与重大项目、合同谈判工作，并为其他部门工作提供法律支持；
4、监督及支援与公司经营相关所有法律事务，以确保公司运营的合规性；
5、处理公司日常法律纠纷，代表公司进行协商或应诉；
6、制定和完善公司管理制度，对公司的法律文件进行妥善管理；
7、了解并研究正在审议或即将实施的法规对企业经营的影响，并给出可行性建议；
8、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
任职资格：1、本科及以上学历，法学或相关专业，有律师资格者优先；
2、精通公司法、合同法、劳动法、知识产权法方面的法律法规；
3、熟悉企业商务谈判、合同审核、员工关系等相关法律问题；
4、能够承担一定的工作压力，适应能力强；
5、具有踏实细致的工作作风、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
